Jaguar GR.3A XZ113 at Moryavia, 18th July 2021; Adam Poultney

XZ113 first took to the skies on the 2nd April 1976 and was delivered to the RAF later that month.

Operated by 41 Sqn. from August 1991 to April 1993 in the desert pink colours, although XZ113 did not deploy to the Gulf.

The airframe made it's final flight in December 2005 and was delivered to St Athan for spares recovery in March 2006. Later that year she was delivered to Everett Aero, Bentwaters for storage.

In 2016 she was delivered to Charles Philip Auctions in Musselburgh and was purchased by Morayvia who moved the XZ113 by road to Kinloss which arrived on May 11th 2017. The airframe has since been repainted back into the overall camouflage scheme with the starboard side in 41 Sqn 'A' and the port side in 2 Sqn '30'. Although the exterior is in good condition, the cockpit is in a poor state with no ejection seat, instruments, controls or strike sight which are going to be replicated over time.
