Jaguar T.2 XX837 at Cosford, 10th June 2018; Damien Burke

First flown on 21st March 1975, XX837 entered service in May of that year with 226 OCU, coded Z. She only ever served with the OCU, and was retired to ground instructional duties by 1988, initially with 1 SoTT at RAF Halton but soon moved to 2 SoTT at Cosford. Some time after 2006 (certainly by 2009) she had moved to the Training Consolidation Flight at RAF Cranwell, and gained this smart overall black scheme as part of a restoration to taxiing condition. In August 2012 she returned to Cosford and has been there ever since.
