Swift FR.5 WK281 at Tangmere, 9th May 2005; author
WK281 here receives better care - on (apparently and hopefully permanent) loan from the RAF Museum to the Tangmere Military Aviation Museum, she's situated in the museum's main hangar along with a number of other aircraft. As you can tell she's in excellent condition with a high gloss paint scheme. Closer inspection reveals plenty of cut wires etc. in the undercarriage bays and the cockpit is practically gutted. I suspect there's no engine in her too as the tailpipe is plated over.
