XX141 first took to the skies in January 1974 and was converted to a T2.A in 1985.

In 1999, the airframe retired into Cranwell for ground instructional training under the serial 9297M. In April 2013, XX141 was transported to RAF Cosford where it continues to be used for ground instructional uses.

XX141 is not publicly accessible but can sometimes be seen on static display at the RAF Cosford Airshow, along with several other Jaguars.
