Jaguar GR.3 XZ361 at Kempston, 2nd July 2019; Damien Burke

First flown on 14th September 1976 as a GR.1. She served with II(AC) Squadron at RAFG Laarbruch, then 54 and 41 Squadrons at RAF Coltishall and was retired in 2005. She was transported to DARA St. Athan for spares recovery before being disposed of to Everett Aero and storage at Bentwaters. A sale to a Greek owner fell through, and by summer 2019 she had turned up in the yard of CoTech in Kempston, presumably for further spares recovery (CoTech are stockists of aviation parts including those for Jaguars and Adour engines). She soon moved on to Jet Art for a little sprucing up before transportation to Estonia, and display at the Estonian Aviation Museum (not the nearby Estonian National Museum at the former Soviet airbase of Raadi). Updated photos welcome from anybody who has visited!
