Jaguar GR.3A XX767 at Cosford Airshow, 10th June 2018; Damien Burke

First flown on 25th June 1975, XX767 entered service with 14 Squadron at RAFG Brüggen, coded AN. In 1982 she transferred to 31 Squadron, coded DC, and visited RAF Gibraltar for that year's airshow. As 31 Squadron re-equipped with the Tornado, she moved to storage in the UK before being transferred to 54 Squadron at RAF Coltishall, coded GE. She was prepped for potential reinforcement duties for Operation Granby and painted desert pink in March 1991, but in the end never left the UK. In early 1995 she was given winter camouflage for participation in Exercise Strong Resolve. By 2005 she was with 41 Squadron, coded FK, and was part of the mass departures from Coltishall on 29th March 2006, flying to her new home at RAF Coningsby. She was flown into Cosford on 20th March 2007 for ground instructional use and has been there ever since, recoded Z at some point after 2013.
