Hunter F.58 J-4097 at the Texas Air Command Museum October 11th 1998, ; Buck Wyndham
J-4097 resides at the Texas Air Command Museum for some time (where it was pictured) and was recently bought by Johnny Baines, an ex-RAF and ex-American Airlines pilot. It flew for the first time in two years on the 16th of April 1999 and despite a snag with the undercarriage which meant it wouldn't retract, performed well!
