Canberra TT.18 WK118 at Avro Heritage Museum, 22nd August 2020; Adam Poultney

One of 75 Avro-built Canberras manufactured at their Woodford premises, WK118 built as a B.2 and was awaiting collection on 12th April 1954. She served with 103 and 59 Squadrons and in 1970 was moved to Flight Refuelling Limited at Hurn for conversion to a TT.18. She then served with 100 Squadron until retirement in 1991.

Scrapped at some point with the nose section retained, she has been acquired and restored by the Avro Heritage Museum and is on display there with the access door removed so that visitors can look inside (and see the remarkably complete interior) without ducking under the door.
