Gannet AS.4 UA112 at Speyer, 15th April 2019; Graham Tiller

UA112 delivered to the Bundesmarine during early 1958 (having been diverted from delivery to the Royal Navy in order to get the German order completed quicker) and was retired in June 1966.

UA112 was once seen dramatically posed as if swooping to attack a submarine, but was then removed from it's position and placed back on the ground around 2012. The airframe then went back up on to a poll a year or so later and was angled at a much gentler pose than before. It's paintwork is now starting to look rather faded along with it's canopy now almost completely white due them being exposed due to the sunlight for many years. UA112 is sadly missing it's jetpipe exhausts and radio aerial wires.
