I was exploring an old scrapyard on the outskirts of Elgin when I came across a panel - one of the gun port panels - from XD264. I took some pictures which I've posted on Flickr (tagged with "XD264"). It crashed locally back in July 1961 when it suffered a hydraulic failure resulting in the pilot being unable to lower the Stbd mainwheel. The pilot ejected at 8k ft whilst 6 miles north of Lossiemouth but the aircraft turned inland (typical!) and hit the deck 5 miles south of Cullen.

I am looking for a photograph of a Scimitar fueling a Sea Vixen, to use in an illustrated talk. Can anyone help?
