| Planes with flames (or just hot air) coming out the back |
- Les Bywaters served on
Canberras in the RAF and has produced this excellent English Electric Canberra
site as a tribute to the aircraft.
- Jelle Hieminga's A Little VC10derness is a superb site dedicated to the
Vickers VC-10. Highly recommended.
- The Andrew Brooks Collection
is a wonderful place for Blackburn Buccaneer fans to visit - lots of great pictures, plus details
of prints and a video.
- Paul Owen's Future Military Aircraft
site is an absolutely stonking place for all you EF2000 fans to visit and has more hard info about the aircraft than
you'll see from Eurofighter themselves!
- Dave Hastings' Military Aviation Page
has excellent articles on a number of UK military aircraft including the Tornado and Nimrod, plus links
back here for some other aircraft and some non-UK stuff too.
- Marc Schaeffer's de Havilland Comet pages should
keep fans of the most elegant and first jet airliner happy; there are also several pages on
other airliners here.
- Alan Simpson owns Sea Venom XG629 and is restoring it to
static condition.
- David Trebosc's Concorde
site with picture gallery, downloads including Flight Sim models, info, news stories, etc. Yes yes, I know
Concorde isn't a military aircraft but anything with four Olympus engines is worthy of a second look! :-)
- James Hogg's English Electric Canberra page;
brief history, specs and piccies of the most versatile medium jet bomber ever built.
- The unofficial Home of the Harrier.
Yes, you too can find out more about the noisiest hair-dryer in the world!
- The Official Eurofighter
pages. Lots of stuff on the EF2000 project, and some pictures too.
- Ed Draper's Royal Air Force page (formerly known
as Maverick's Jetwash!) has pictures, ASCII art, links and some good articles on jet engine
development and the history of bombers in the RAF since 1945.
- Mark's Aviation Page - including airshow pics and flight sim stuff.
- Alistair Henderson has some good RAF information, including order of battle, squadron
markings and aircraft listings.
