Gannet AS.4 UA112 at Speyer, 21st April 2008; Peter De Jong

Dramatically posed as if swooping to attack a submarine (there's one behind her though!), UA112 wears a slightly odd paint scheme (white instead of sky, no white surrounds to her black crosses, oddly angled unit badge on the finlets, etc.) and is missing her jetpipe exhausts and radio aerial wires. Delivered to the Bundesmarine during early 1958 (having been diverted from delivery to the Royal Navy in order to get the German order completed quicker), she was retired in June 1966.
